Coaching programmes

Every change needs its own space.

A change may call for an individual conversation, a space devoted to women’s experience, or the support of a group.

The three programmes take different forms, but share the same starting point: understanding what is changing and finding a practical way to move through it.

Where you can begin

You can contact me even if you have not chosen a programme yet.

Sometimes the starting point is a specific situation; sometimes it is simply the feeling that carrying on in the same way no longer feels right for you.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

When you want to understand the situation better and choose your next step.

A one-to-one programme to work through a personal or professional change, make a decision or reassess your current priorities.

Each session begins with a clear focus and helps you explore alternatives, consider constraints and put decisions into practice in everyday life.

COACHING FOR WOMEN

When roles and responsibilities have left little room for you.

An individual programme for women who want to reconsider priorities, boundaries and personal space during a change.

We begin with your actual experience, without suggesting an ideal of womanhood to live up to. The work helps you recognise what you want today and build a balance that includes you too.

GROUP COACHING

When talking with other people can help you see a transition from a new perspective.

Group coaching offers a space for women and men going through a change to exchange experiences.

Other people’s experiences open up new questions and perspectives, while each person keeps their own pace and freely decides what to share.

We choose the format according to what you are going through. Decisions remain in your hands.

Three programmes, a consistent approach

Whatever the format, we start with the situation you are experiencing.

At the outset, we define the focus and what you would like to be able to observe by the end. Sessions then help you understand constraints, assess possibilities and try out choices or actions in everyday life.

Checkpoints help us understand whether the work remains useful and when it is time to bring it to a close. The aim is to leave you with tools you can continue to use independently.

An introductory conversation helps us establish whether coaching is suitable and which format can best respond to your situation.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know which programme to choose?

You can contact me even if you are still unsure.

During the introductory conversation, we clarify the situation, your expectations and the most relevant format. We may also find that another kind of support would be more useful at this time.

Is individual coaching only for women?

Individual coaching is open to anyone facing a change or a choice.

Coaching for women is a specialisation for women, with particular attention to roles, boundaries and personal space.

Can I join La Fenice without having done individual coaching?

You can join if the topic and timing are compatible with group work. Before you join, we will clarify the format, expectations, rules and boundaries.

Is La Fenice group therapy?

La Fenice is a group coaching programme; it does not diagnose or treat psychological or medical conditions and does not replace psychotherapy.

Can I move from one programme to another?

Moving to another format may be useful when a new need emerges, but this does not happen automatically.

We first close or review the current phase; then we establish whether there is a real focus for a further programme.
